The Provo Library will present cowboy storyteller Lamarr Jones, along with bluegrass music by the Anderson Family band, Monday, Dec. 5, at 6:30 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. at the library, 425 W. Center.
Jones, "a domesticated cowboy" from Payson, says he has been telling cowboy stories as long as he can remember. He is a favorite with the Boy Scouts for his funny poems and stories. He will be spinning some Christmas yarns with Marion Manwell, another local cowboy poet.The Hans Verlan Anderson family will provide the bluegrass music during the presentation.
