Clyde Lee Cook, age 79, died December 6, 1994 in Salt Lake City.
Born March 21, 1915 in Price, Utah, son of Marion Enos and Effie May Lisonbee Cook. Married Alroe Ethel Sudweeks, February 20, 1937 in Castle Gate, Utah. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting.Survived by wife, Ethel; son, Norman Clyde Cook, San Francisco, Calif.; daughter, Sheryl Blanke, West Jordan; two grandchildren, Corey Blanke and Deborah Smith; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Sears, Roy, Utah; Flora Gillett, Portland, Oregon. Preceded in death by parents, son, daughter and three brothers.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, 12 noon at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road. Friends may call Friday 5-7 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and Saturday 10:30-11:30 a.m.
