San Francisco outfielder Darryl Strawberry will be indicted today on federal tax evasion charges, his lawyer told the Daily News.

The newspaper said today that Strawberry could face up to 24 months in prison if found guilty of not paying taxes on more than $300,000 in income from signing autographs at card and memorabilia shows.Strawberry's lawyer, Marty Gelfand, said that after the indictment, Strawberry will be arraigned Dec. 14 in White Plains.
