Southwest Airlines is having a travel sale for the first quarter of 1995 on flights from Salt Lake City to any destination in the Southwest market. These advance purchase fares are lower than the company's low everyday fares.

One-way fares range from $19 to $95 and can be purchased between now and Dec. 27 for travel between Jan. 4 and March 15, 1995.From Salt Lake City to Las Vegas, Reno/Tahoe and Boise the one-way fare is $19. All fares to California are $29. Unlike other airlines' sale offers, Southwest tickets can be purchased one-way and don't require an overnight or weekend stay.

"We want to reinforce the fact that Southwest Airlines is the low fare airlines in Salt Lake City by offering the best travel value in the industry," said Dave Ridley, vice president of marketing and sales. Customers who can plan their trip now for travel in early 1995 are going to experience tremendous savings," he said.

The airline is also bringing back its 21-day advance purchase fun fares which are now a permanent part of the airline's everyday low fare structure. Fun fares offer at least 50 percent savings.
