Annie Ardath Wright Lewis, 81, of Pleasant Grove, died February 12, 1994 at her home.

She was born February 19, 1913 in Lindon, Utah, to Clarence C. and Phylinda Grace Newell Wright. She married Floyd R. Lewis, October 9, 1930 in Provo, Utah. He died January 14, 1977. She was a member of the LDS Church, living in the Pleasant Grove 5th Ward. She had served as Relief Society pianist for 35 years in various wards in which she lived. In her younger years she played the piano during silent movies in Lindon and Pleasant Grove. She was a beloved and cherished wife and mother. She was also a member of L.O.S. and Daughters of the Nile.She is survived by three sons and daughter, F. Clent (Colleen) Lewis, Provo; Mrs. Monte (Gwen) Beers, Rose Hill, Kansas; G. Hal (Deanna) Lewis, Dallas, Texas; Carey Wade (Denise) Lewis, Salt Lake City; 19 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two brothers and a sister, Grant Wright, Pleasant Grove; Cleora Bills, Paul, Idaho; Kenneth Wright, Yuma, Arizona.

Services will be Thursday, 11 a.m., at the Pleasant Grove 5th Ward, 400 East at 200 South. Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 500 South at 300 East, Pleasant Grove or Thursday at the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
