Just a month ago the Orem City Council held a public meeting for neighborhood input concerning building a new hospital on 600 North and 800 West.

The council made decisions based on that input, which quieted and mainly satisfied the neighborhood concerns to preserve the residential quality and the safety of their many children.Judy Bell disagreed with the decisions made, stating that she was elected to represent all of the citizens of Orem and therefore could not allow the concerns or 200 neighborhood citizens at the meeting to influence her decision.

Now as a poor loser she has brought the previous actions back for a complete review.

Perhaps if this new hospital were to be built across the street from Mrs. Bell's home, she would recognize and be more sympathetic to the concerns of her own neighbors.

How can we trust the majority actions or the City Council when any dissenter can recall those decisions for another complete review?
