The Utah Warriors, comprised of high school juniors, mostly from Utah County won five games in the Pump Discovery Shootout in Los Angeles last week. Joel Ockey was the team's leading scorer averaging 20 points a game, with a high of 29, which included 7 three-pointers. Kilby Miller from Davis High averaged about 16 points a game. One of the teams the Warriors defeated, the Aztecs, had a high school All-American playing, Jelani McCoy, 6-foot-11.
