The Union Park office of Wardley/Better Homes and Gardens has been honored as the nation's top producing office among Better Homes and Gardens real estate offices.

The office reported 2,986 sales with a sales volume of $349,362,000.The award was presented at the 1994 Better Homes and Gardens Annual Real Estate convention held recently in New Orleans.

Joel Carson of the Park Union office of Wardley/Better Homes and Gardens also was recognized as the Better Homes and Gardens "top rookie" nationwide for 1993.

Carson had sales and listings sold volume exceeding of $5.75 million.
