Each spring some 40 million Americans suffer from allergies and hay fever, aggravated by pollens and molds.

To bring relief, these allergy health tips are offered by the American Lung Association:- Avoid outdoor activity before 10 a.m., when pollen levels are highest. Indoors, keep windows closed and use air conditioning.

- Keep away from fields, meadows, weedy areas and don't mow the lawn or rake leaves. Confine gardening to early evening hours.
