1994 Open Painting Exhibition (June 5-July 6, Kimball Art Center, Park City) - Juried exhibition. Artists may submit up to three original paintings completed within the last year. Atrium Gallery's Fine Arts Department is inviting visual artists interested in exhibiting works in that gallery to submit slides or samples of small works on or before June 15. Statewide '94: 20th Annual Competition (July 5-Aug. 26, Eccles Community Art Center) - Juried exhibition open to all artists presently residing in Utah. Mediums accepted: paintings, prints, monoprints, drawings, graphics, pottery, sculpture and textiles. Photographs are not eligible. Artists can submit up to two entries. $5 per entry ($3 for members of ECAC). Work must be original. Juror: Sam Gappmayer, director, Salt Lake Art Center.
