Prosecutors won't file charges against Utah Jazz owner Larry Miller, involved in a fracas with Denver Nugget fans during a May 17 playoff game at the Delta Center.

"Witness statements clearly demonstrate that all parties were disorderly and could constitute a violation" of the city code, says a Salt Lake City Police Department news released issued Wednesday. The statement says there is "no compelling reason to bring out-of-state parties to court to face these minor charges." Similarly, it would be "inappropriate" to prosecute Miller "when other parties would not be held to answer for their disorderly acts."
