DRAPER - Mansell & Associates, a large independent residential real estate brokerage, has opened a full-service 3,100 square-foot office at 1228 S. 900 East following extensive interior and exterior remodeling.

"Because of the tremendous growth we have experienced in the Draper market during the past several years, it was a natural location for us to expand into," said Lee Coleman, managing broker for the new office. The new office will have 27 agents initially.
