William Roger Clark, our son, brother and friend, passed away May 1, 1994 in Portland, Oregon.
Bill Clark was born to Marion and Roger Clark on October 18, 1957 in Dearborne, Michigan. He attended Waldport High School where he was elected student body president and the University of Oregon in Eugene, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. Bill completed his Bachelor of Science in Economics at Portland State University. He lived outside of Oregon in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Lahaina.While living in Salt Lake City, Bill worked for the Park Cafe. Later he was a travel consultant and manager for Main Street Travel. After moving back to Portland he was a waiter and model until his untimely death due to AIDS.
He is survived by his partner, Lance Vannier; sisters, Constance Clark and Nancy Lundell; brothers, Phillip Clark and Robert Lundell; and mother, Marion Clark.
Memorial service will be held this Saturday, May 7, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church at 147 North West 19th Avenue, Portland, Oregon. Reception to follow at 1314 North West Irving, on the Roof Top.
