Bosnian Serbs and Muslims are massing troops and weapons in the area, and the Serbs have agreed to allow U.N. observers to monitor the potential flashpoint. In Sarajevo, U.N. troops have allowed another Bosnian Serb tank through a protected zone around the city after the Serb commander threatened to use force. The tank was the fifth this week to pass through.
