A Fulton County magistrate has issued warrants for the arrest of hip-hop star Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes on a felony arson charge for the fire that destroyed the home of Atlanta Falcons receiver Andre Rison.

Magistrate Vickie Moran set bond at $500,000, plus a $10,000 bond on a criminal damage to property charge in connection with Thursday's fire.Police said Lopes, 24, a singer with the group TLC and Rison's girlfriend, planned to turn herself in this morning.

She is accused of setting fire to cardboard in a whirlpool tub at the two-story mansion early Thursday shortly after Rison and a group of friends returned after being out all night.

Police said Lopes slapped and cursed at Rison before setting the fire and also smashed a white Mercedes-Benz sedan, a red Mercedes-Benz roadster and a Toyota 4-Runner parked at the home.

Several celebrities, including Greg Maddux of the Atlanta Braves, record producer Antonio "L.A." Reid and rhythm & blues singer Pebbles, live in Rison's gated and walled neighborhood at the Country Club of the South.

Rison, who last year signed a two-year $2.89 million contract with the Falcons, has had off-field troubles with Lopes before. Last year, he was arrested in a grocery parking lot after allegedly hitting Lopes and firing a handgun. The charges were later dismissed.
