SHARE WASSERMANN PIANO FEST WILL BE AT USU

This year's Wassermann Piano Festival will be held June 20-23 at Utah State University. Renowned performer and clinician Claude Frank will conduct the workshop sessions and present a solo recital June 20.

According to festival director Todd Fallis, any musician may attend, although the festival is designed for pianists of all ages,Featured will be daily lectures and master classes. Participants may register for the entire three days for $120, with housing available on the USU campus, or the festival may be audited for $90. Individual sessions are priced at $15.

In addition to his performing career, Frank is on the faculties of the Curtis Institute of Music and the Yale School of Music and artist-in-residence at Kansas University. A milestone in his career was the RCA release of his recordings of the 32 Beethoven sonatas and his worldwide performances of the cycle.
