Harold Edward Lofgreen, 86, passed away June 13, 1994.
Born July 29, 1907 in Bisbee, Ariz. to Edward Theodore and Rebecca Pederson Lofgreen. Married Adah Loree Lee in Lordsburg, New Mexico on Jan. 6, 1927. She preceded him in death. Married Alice Durfee Rogers in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 17, 1982. Bish worked as a Railway Postal Clerk for the U. S. Government. He held several leadership positions in the LDS Church including, teacher, bishop, counselor in Stake Presidency and in the Los Angeles LDS Temple Presidency. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.Survivors: wife, Alice, Salt Lake City; daughter, Kay Twogood and husband, Theron; son, Van Lofgreen and wife, Jane; five stepchildren; 11 grandchildren; 25 step-grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 18 step-great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; brother, Glen and wife, June, California; sisters, Ouida May Matheson and husband, Mac, Arizona; Ola Timmons, New Mexico; Vivian Goodman and husband, Glen, Arizona. Preceded in death by daughter, Becky Tower and son, Ted.
Funeral services Thursday, June 16, 1994, at 11 a.m. in the Belvedere LDS Ward Chapel, 607 Downington Ave., where friends may call Thursday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
