The driver in a late-afternoon accident Sunday that tied up traffic on I-15 near 7000 South was released from LDS Hospital Monday.

Neil Burke, 5029 S. Gravenstein Park, was flown by LifeFlight to the hospital. He said he is still a little foggy about what happened."I was driving along. All of a sudden the car swerved to the left. Fortunately, there was nobody next to me. I overcorrected and the car hit the wall" - the concrete divider that separates the two parts of the freeway.

The photo credit for the view of the accident scene was inadvertently left off the picture published in Monday's paper. The photograph was taken by Deseret News staff writer Joseph Bauman.
