Jogging near the Vietnam Memorial on Thursday morning, President Clinton received a reminder that for some the Vietnam War has not faded into memory.

As he passed in front of the Lincoln Memorial, a woman whose husband served three tours in Vietnam held up a sign reading "Honor the dead - Fight like hell for the living," and yelled at him to bring the POWs home."You've betrayed them," she screamed.

Clinton answered her by saying that 300 cases have been solved. But that did not satisfy her.

"We need live POWs, and if they're not alive, we want to know what happened to them," Donna Long, who lives in the nation's capital, told reporters after Clinton had jogged on.
