SHARE DEATH: GRACE LULA ELMEN FLUIT

Grace Lula Elmen Fluit, affectionately known as "Sis" to her family, died June 15, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was born in Magna, Utah to Rudolph and Lula Davis Elmen on June 20, 1909. She married Joseph Arnold Fluit February 10, 1932. Solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on April 14, 1952. He preceded her in death.Grace was a beautiful lady, dear and gentle. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister and friend. Grace was an excellent homemaker. She had a "green thumb" and was especially proud of her flower gardens at her home in Salt Lake City. Her roses were her favorite. Grace worked in the Primary in her younger days. She was a visiting teacher for the Relief Society and enjoyed the associations she made. Everyone thought the world of Grace. She brought great happiness to all her family and friends. She will be missed dearly.

Survived by two daughters, Carolyn and Dan McCann; Elaine and Bob Anderson, five grandchildren, Steven McCann, Brian and Brenda McCann, Mark and Susan Jacobson, Colette and Jim Engle, Danette and Scott Potter; two great-grandchildren; Haley Grace McMaken, Quinn Brian McCann; three sisters, Alice Nielsen, Goldie Evans, Fern Carteen, the Anderson children, many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 18, 1994 at 2 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive where friends may call from 1:00-1:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
