Valedictorian and student speakers Valedictorian: Morgan McKeown. Student speakers: Naomi Hatt, Nelinda Nelson, Dylan Rice and Erik Sorenson.
Greatest class accomplishment: Athletics. Region champions in girls basketball, volleyball, cross country and swimming/waterpolo. Boys placed second in region basketball.
What makes this class unique? The mixed variety of students and talents and lots of school spirit. The student body is diverse and very involved. Ninty-five percent of the senior class participated in musical programs, athletics, clubs, art, leadership, etc. The class of 1994 will be the last to graduate from the original East High building.
How will you improve the world? Students' varied talents, interests and diversity make East High the great, respectable school that it is. Graduates will make a difference by sharing their tal ents and themselves. Don't be surprised to see many famous people from the class of 1994 - everyone has a lot to contribute. They will also make a spe cial effort to keep school traditions alive after they leave.
What will your children find funny about their parents? Probably everything from clothes to hair styles to what we thought was fun. However, East High will still be the school to go to.
