Wells, senior buyer for Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, vice president; Cheryl O. Ransom, buyer for Geneva Steel, secretary; and Lori A. Nowlen, buyer for the U., treasurer.Elected to the board of directors were Archie D. Alexander, assistant director of purchasing for Utah Valley Community College; Julie C. Anderson, buyer for Lagoon Corp.; Miles L. Brown, major subcontracts administrator for Thiokol Corp.
Also, Raymond A. Christy, former purchasing director for the Utah Jazz; Valerie Francis, buyer/planner for OEC Medical; and Judy L. Gisseman, purchasing agent for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Other officers are Wendy A. Burke, senior buyer for Franklin Quest, membership chairwoman; Joseph A. Hall, purchasing agent for the state of Utah, professional development chairman; Dale L. McMillan, director of purchasing for Nu Skin International, public relations chairman.
