SHARE `TRADITION’ WINS AT 1994 HOME SHOW

"Tradition," built by Blair Bangerter Construction Inc., took first place in public voting at the UtaHome '94 home show in Draper. The two-week show was sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Salt Lake.

With a base price of $172,000, the home has 4,400 square feet, of which 2,200 is finished. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an interior by Kay Larsen and landscaping by Formal Exteriors.The Normandy, built by Seven Dailey Construction Inc., took second place. With a base price of $215,000, it has 4,988 square feet with 2,868 finished, four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It was designed by Landforms Architects. Landscaping: Design Exteriors.

In third place was the Bedrock from Mesa Contractors/Castle Homes that has four bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. The $195,000 base-priced home has 4,186 square-feet with 2,776 finished. Interior designer was Mathes Design.
