Scopes-Garcia-Carlisle Advertising, 375 W. 200 South, is a finalist in the New York Film Festival awards program for its "DMX" campaign for TCI Cablevision of Utah. The campaign was developed to promote Digital Music Express, a service from TCI allowing subscribers 30 channels of CD-quality music.
