Leona Elizabeth Lewis Zarbock, 90, passed away June 24, 1994 in Salt Lake City.

She was born June 29, 1903 in Evanston, Wyoming to Robert E. and Clara Furter Lewis. She married Earl F. Zarbock in Salt Lake City. He died July 28, 1980. Member Holladay Garden Club. Active in the LDS Church. She was associated with the Salt Lake Blind Center, and enjoyed playing bridge with her friends. She and her husband were members of various square dance clubs.Survived by two sons, Robert F. Zarbock and wife, DeAnne, Earl L. Zarbock and wife, Carol, all of Salt Lake City; one daughter, Susan Hood and husband, Grant, Salt Lake City; 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; one sister, Vera Quinn, Salt Lake City; and several nephews and nieces. Preceded in death by four sisters, a brother, grandson, Don Hood and two great-grandsons.

The family would like to thank Annette Birkinshaw and her children, Chris and Amanda, for their loving care, and Goldie Turov for her companionship and care.

Mom, you were a devoted caring mother, grandmother and loved by many.

Graveside services will be held Monday, June 27, 1994, 11 a.m. at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (Rest Haven Section). Friends may call Sunday at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive from 6-8 p.m. and on Monday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Murray B. Allen Blind Center, 309 East 100 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111.
