John Alan Holm passed away June 23, 1994, in Salt Lake City.
Born October 2, 1940, in Salt Lake City. Married Brenda Duke; later divorced. He had a loving, caring heart. His laughter and openess endeared him to many friends. He especially loved spending time in the Uintas with his children, and golf. He is greatly loved and will be much missed.Survived by: Children, J. Bevan and Jennifer Holm Prochazka; brothers, Gene, Dennis and Greg.
Memorial services and celebration of his life will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, at the Holladay United Church of Christ. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the John A.
