Dana L. O'Crowley, manager of Wal-Mart in Vernal, has been appointed to Zions First National Bank's Uintah Basin Advisory Board. Prior to moving to Utah, he held management positions with Wal-Mart in New Mexico, Alabama and Tennessee.
