SHARE DEATH: MYRTLE FENTON JENSEN

Myrtle Fenton Jensen passed away June 28, l994 at the age of 94 in Salt Lake City.

Born November 28, l899 in Salt Lake City to Joseph Jackson and Sarah J. Fenton. Married Nephi Jensen, June 5, l9l8 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death. Mother enjoyed being chorister for Singing Mothers, stake and ward. She had a lovely voice and enjoyed singing solo numbers. She first sang solos in the Tabernacle as a child, and was still using her talents in the Care Center in which she spent the last years of her life. She belonged to the Salt Lake Mothers Club and the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Active member of LDS Church. Myrtle was a wonderful mother and wife.We are sure she is happy being with her husband and her first two children, Jackson Nephi Jensen and Joyce Myrtle Jensen (both passed away in January l927). We will miss her.

Survivors, children, Darlene J. Snow (Dean), Thomas F. (Sherma), Ronald R. (Carolyn), Dorothy J. Burt (Richard), Karen J. Maxwell (Paul), James D. (Carol); sister, Bertina Jacobsen; brother, David Fenton; 27 grandchildren; 70 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services Saturday, July 2nd, 10 a.m., Larkin Mortuary Chapel, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City where friends and family may call on Friday 6-8 p.m. and also on Saturday 9:00-9:45 a.m prior to the services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

The family wishes to express gratitude to the staff of the Holladay Health Care Center for the care given to our mother.
