Georgia Tech (50-16) is poised to become the first team to win the College World Series in its first visit since Minnesota did it in 1956.

The Yellow Jackets made it to the final with a 3-2, 12-inning victory over Fullerton Wednesday.The second-seeded Yellow Jackets will play the survivor of Bracket Two, where Oklahoma meets Arizona State today.

The Sooners would advance to the title game with a win, while an ASU victory would force a second semifinal game between the teams on Friday.

The title game is scheduled for 1 p.m. EDT Saturday.
