More than 1 million people have seen the movie "Legacy" since showings of the film began in the Legacy Theater of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in the summer of 1993.

It is estimated that the millionth viewer saw the film at the end of June."Legacy" depicts challenges of members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as they made their way from the East to the Midwest and finally to the Rocky Mountains.

Summer show times are 8:15 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:45 a.m., noon, 1:15 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 4 p.m., 5:15 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. Except for large groups, tickets must be obtained on the same day as the showing.
