Mary Donaldson Harmon, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away at home on August 8, 1994.
She was born in Ogden, Utah on September 9, 1918 to Walter Robert and Mary Morgan Donaldson. She married Gerald L. Harmon August 20, 1954 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a devoted mother to her only daughter, Jerolyn and grandmother to Russell. She was a member of the LDS Church and taught many Primary and Sunday School classes. She was actively involved in genealogy work. She worked for many years in personnel at Hill Air Force Base.She is survived by her husband, daughter, Jerolyn Mary (Layne M.) Robison of Murray; sister, Maxine (Charles) Biggins of American Fork; and brothers, Walter M. (Connie) of Price; Robert I. (Marlene) of American Fork; Don, of Murray; Bill R. (Connie) of Murray; and James R. (JoAne) of Salt Lake. Preceded in death by her parents, brother, Scott and sister, Doris.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12, 1994 at 12:30 p.m. at the Winder 6th Ward Chapel, 1500 East 4366 South. Friends may call at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive, on Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and at the ward Friday from 11:00 - 12:15 p.m. prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
Mary will be remembered as a very honest, selfless, giving and loving woman whose kind gestures will not be forgotten.
