The five men filed their suit against Jackson in November, saying they were fired without warning in February 1993 "so as to paint any of them as `disgruntled employees' in any future investigation," the lawsuit says.Jackson, now married to Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis Presley's daughter, has denied those allegations.
