Two Salt Lake area gas stations, a hotel and a store were robbed last week by gunmen.
On Thursday, a gas station near 480 East and 100 South was robbed about 5 p.m. when a man ran in, brandished a gun and demanded money, stated a Salt Lake police report.About 10:30 p.m., a store near 1200 South and 900 West was robbed when a man walked in, produced a silver-colored handgun and demanded money.
On Friday morning, a Salt Lake hotel near 200 West and 500 South was robbed of $800 in cash after a man wearing a leather jacket pulled a black semiautomatic handgun and fled east on foot with about $800.
An hour later, the Salt Lake County sheriff's office reported a gas station near 1900 West and 5400 South was robbed of $86 by a masked man wielding a silver-colored handgun.
