Mary Davich Bircumshaw, age 65, died August 12, 1994 at St. Mark's Hospital, of complictions following surgery.

Born January 8, 1929 to John and Frances Saric Davich in Park City, Utah. Graduated from Park City High School in 1947. Married Richard F. Bircumshaw, August 14, 1947. He died May 10, 1980. Employed by Mountain Bell and retired after 28 years of service. She was an active and devoted member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, where she served as a volunteer bookkeeper for several years.Survived by sons, John and wife, Georgia, Salt Lake City; Richard D., Casper, Wyoming; daughter, Roberta B. King and husband, James, Salt Lake City; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Rev. George F. Davich; sisters, Eva F. Blockovich, Salt Lake City; Madeline Martin, Spokane, Washington; Kathryn Ballen, Denver, Colorado; and Helen Johnson, Huntington Park, Calif.; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her brother, Joseph.

The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Mark Shockey and the nursing and pastoral staff of St. Mark's Hospital for their loving care.

Mass Of The Resurrection will be celebrated Sunday, August 14, 1994 at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, 1375 East Spring Lane, Salt Lake City at 6 p.m. Following the Mass the family invites everyone to celebrate Mary's life and to greet her family at the St. Vincent's Benvegnu Center. Family interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Funeral directors: Neil O'Donnell & Sons.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Vincent's Building Fund, 1375 East Spring Lane, Salt Lake City, Utah 84117.
