English horn soloist Thomas Stacy, a 22-year veteran of the New York Philharmonic, will perform with organist Richard Elliott on two recitals Monday, Aug. 15, in the Salt Lake Tabernacle, beginning at noon and 2 p.m.
Stacy will perform Calvin Hampton's Variations on "Amazing Grace," for English horn and organ, a piece written for him and recorded with him by Hampton in 1983.Admission to both recitals is free.
