Katherina Barbara Johnson Higley, age 78, died August 16, 1994, Tooele Valley Nursing Home.
Born June 28, 1916 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Arthur Rasmus Johnson and Margaret Mary Paulus. Married Milo George Higley, June 19, 1935; solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.Sweetheart, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, left this painful life to be with her parents, brother and son.
Member, LDS Church.
Survived by husband, Milo Higley, Mrs. Larry (Marjorie) Moss, Mrs. Charles (Jerri) Everett, Mr. Arthur Stephen and wife, Susan Higley, Mrs. Dwayne (Colleen) Hughes, Mr. Rulon Milo and wife, Carolee Higley, LeeAnn Higley, Mrs. Quinn (Barbara) May, a son, Paul Jay Higley, preceded her in death; sisters: Mr. Jan (Gladys Ardell) Pater, Mr. Ed (Margaret Phyllis) Henery, Mr. Richard (Joyce Delphene) Taylor, sister-in-law, Mr. Arthur R. (Donna) Johnson; brother, Mr. LeRoy Douglas (Carol) Johnson; two sisters preceded her in death, Mary Magdalina, Violet Margaret and brother, Arthur Rasmus Johnson. Also survived by 36 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 19, 1994, 12 noon, Grantsville 2nd Ward, 81 North Church St. Viewing: Thursday evening 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Tate Mortuary, 110 So. Main, Tooele. Interment: Grantsville City Cemetery.
