Military personnel who served during World War II in the 15th Troop Carrier Squadron, 61st Troop Carrier Group, will meet for a reunion on Wednesday, Aug. 31, through Sunday, Sept. 4, at the Salt Lake Marriott Hotel.
The squadron dropped paratroopers during the invasions of Sicily, Italy, Normandy and Holland and during the crossing of the Rhine River. Squadron members also brought ammunition, gasoline and supplies to combat zones and transported wounded soldiers to hospitals in England.Contact Joseph J.
