Neils Char Broiler, a fast-food restaurant for dinner, will open at 112 E. 12300 South in early November.
Owner Dennis Summerhays said he feels Draper needs a good fast-food restaurant and "we are happy to fill the demand." The 4,200- square-feet restaurant that seats 90 will be run by his son, Neils Summerhays, who will hire about a dozen people for kitchen and counter help.Summerhays obtained a Small Business Administration 504 loan from Deseret Certified Development Co. to finance the facility.
