"Voices in the Dark," scheduled to run on SLAC's upstairs stage from Oct. 27 through Dec. 4, is a suspenseful thriller by John Peilmeier, who also wrote the award-winning "Agnes of God." It's being codirected by Allen Nevins and David Mong.

"Keely and Du," which recently won the top playwriting prize at the Humana Theatre Festival in Louisville, Ky., and has been named Outstanding New Play of 1993-94 by the American Theatre Critics Association, centers on the controversy surrounding the right-to-life issue. It will run Nov. 10-Dec. 4 in the intimate downstairs space.
