Lawrence William Garcia died August 18, 1994 after a long illness.
Born September 30, 1951 in Tooele, Utah to Juan D. and Connie Ortega Garcia. Graduate of Kearns High, 1970. Served in Vietnam.Survived by son, Paul, Salt Lake City; daughters: Danielle, Burbank, Calif.; and Lawren and Vanessa of Lancaster, Calif.; mother, Connie Hostetler of West Valley City; father, Juan Garcia of Salt Lake City; brother, Jay of Quartz Hill, Calif.; sisters: Dawna and Craig Ramsey, Riverton; Debbie and Steve Olson, West Valley; Alisa K. Garcia, Salt Lake City.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m., at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 South 2200 West, Riverton, and on Monday, one hour prior at the chapel at Utah Veterans Memorial Park, where military rites will be accorded.
