SHARE MAN STABBED IN ARGUMENT DIES IN OGDEN HOSPITAL

A Clearfield man apparently stabbed during a family argument Saturday afternoon died early Sunday in an Ogden hospital, according to Clearfield Police. The victim was identified as Tony Ruiz, 30, of 1179 Valhalla Drive.

Police responded to the home at 4:55 p.m. Saturday and found the victim with stab wounds. He was transported to St. Benedict's Hospital in Ogden and died shortly after 4 a.m. Sunday, police said.The victim's 20-year-old brother was taken into custody, according to police. Clearfield investigators were reviewing the case with prosecutors from the Davis County attorney's office Monday.
