A mother cries at the grave of her 9-year-old son, Alija Ramic, in Sarajevo's Lion's cemetery, the resting place of those killed in recent fighting in Bosnia. The woman is wearing the traditional Muslim headdress with blue jeans, not an unusual combination in the Bosnian capital. The U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees Tuesday dispatched representatives to three refugee camps north of the war-torn Bosnian region of Bihac to ensure an estimated 23,000 refugees receive food and shelter. The UNHCR representatives are also to dispense information on the cessation of hostilities in the region and encourage refugees to return to their homes, said UNHCR spokesman Peter Kessler.
