Delbert William Hardman, age 80, died August 21, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born December 11, 1913 in Etna, Uinta County, Wyoming to William Orson and Elizabeth Jane Hill Hardman. Married Laura Evans, May 17, 1934, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died in 1953. Married Enone Lyman Davis on December 4, 1953, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS Church serving in two Bishoprics, Branch President in Nauvoo, Illinois, stake missionary, worker in the Provo Temple, and faithful home teacher. He and his wife served in the Texas-Dallas Mission. Finished the construction of the Nauvoo Chapel. A devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, he spent countless hours in his shop, lovingly creating works of art for his family and friends. His sense of humor and boyish smile will be greatly missed.Survived by loving wife, Enone; children, Catherine (Gary) Steinfeldt, Kentucky; Beulah (Fred) Barrett, Salt Lake; Wally Hardman, Bountiful; Diana Campbell, Salt Lake; Ray (Dyanne) Hardman, Salt Lake; Audrey (Stan) Groen, Salt Lake; Milton (Margaret) Davis, Salt Lake; LuAnne Welch, Layton; Lell (Doug) Farley, West Valley; Kay (Karen) Davis, Missouri; 48 grandchildren, 75 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; sister, Alice Seamons, Missouri. Preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.

Funeral services Thursday, August 25, 12 noon, Taylorsville First Ward, 4845 South Woodhaven Drive (1365 West). Friends may call at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m., and at the ward on Thursday, 11-11:45 a.m.

Burial, Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery.
