Loving husband, father and grandfather, Woodrow Wilford Sybrowsky, died August 21, 1994 at LDS Hospital after a brief illness.
Born July 24, 1918 in Turner, Idaho, son of Vilhelm Christian and Alfreda Johansen. Married Ann Johnson in the Salt Lake Temple, April 4, 1940. Ann died February 11, 1968. Married Marion Dean, June 25, 1971. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple July 2, 1977. Served honorably in the Pacific during World War II. Formerly a member of the Olympus Male Chorus. Loyal employee of Martin Senour Paint Company for 38 years. Faithful member of LDS Church. Served in many capacities including Branch President and volunteer at the Salt Lake Veterans Hospital for 15 years.He is survived by his wife, Marion, Holladay, Utah; three sons, Dennis W. (Carol), Roger V. (Elaine) and J. Layne (Jody); five daughters, Kathleen (Clancy), Rebecca Dean, Alison (Chris) and Adrienne (Ryan); brothers, John and Paul (Betty); sisters Johanna, Ella, Vera, and Ellen (Bill) and 27 grandchildren. Preceded in death by son, Robert K. Dean; brothers, Axel Andreas (born 1900), Villie Isador, Axel Andreas (born 1905); sisters, Betty and Ruth.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 25, 11 a.m., Holladay 26th Ward, 4601 South 2565 East. Friends may call Wednesday, 6:00-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple and Thursday at the church one hour prior to services. Interment at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
