Construction workers erect the concrete footings for the Salt Palace, setting the stage for the steel framing to begin in earnest next month. Project manager W. Sands Brooke said the public will soon see the center's skeleton. The $85 million project, 15 percent finished, is set for completion in 1995, he said.
