Detta (Ann) Shepherd Masek, age 86, passed away peacefully at a local nursing home, August 26, 1994.
Born February 8, 1908, Riverside, Idaho, to Richard and Olive Fackrell Norwood. Married Gilford W. Shepherd, May 5, 1924, Price, Utah. Gilford passed away in November of 1946. Married Ray Masek, later divorced.Survived by two sons and two daughters: Donald G. Shepherd, Sandy; Richard, R. Shepherd, Kearns; Glenna Beddoes, Salt Lake City; Gloria G. Bean, West Valley City; 15 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by six brothers; two sisters; son, Frank E. Shepherd; and two grandsons.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday,
August 30th, 2 p.m., Bountiful City Cemetery, 2020 South 200 West, Bountiful, Utah. Funeral directors, Larkin Mortuary.
