Clark M. England, director of personnel services at Utah State University, has been selected to serve as president-elect of the College and University Personnel Association (CUPA).

England will serve as special assistant to CUPA's president this year and will become the top elected officer in July 1995.He has served several terms as CUPA's treasurer. He has been chairman of CUPA's northwest region and chaired the Northwest Regional Conference in 1988.

England has been at USU since 1971. He has been assistant director of personnel services, manager of benefits and coordinator of auxiliary services.

He has also been an instructor in the department of business administration.

He has bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from USU.
