The American Cancer Society's "Look Good - Feel Better" program will be held Thursday, Aug. 11, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center's fifth floor classroom.

The continuing program will be held every second Thursday at the same location and time.The "Look Good - Feel Better" program is for both men and women who are undergoing cancer treatment. The seminar focuses on personal care techniques that help people cope with the body changes resulting from cancer treatment. Cosmetologist Cheryl Pierce conducts the local program.

The program was developed by the Cosmetics, Toiletries and Fragrancies Association and the National Cosmetology Association. It is administered nationwide by the American Cancer Society.
