The Utah Bar Foundation recently elected its officers and directors.
Salt Lake City attorney James B. Lee, who is a shareholder in the law firm of Parsons Behle and Latimer, was elected as president of the foundation. He served as president of the Utah State Bar and chairman of the board of Utah Legal Services.Pamela Greenwood, judge in the Utah Court of Appeals, was elected to a three-year term on the foundation board, and Carman E. Kipp, a partner in the Salt Lake law firm of Kipp and Christian, was re-elected to a second term. Both are former presidents of the Utah State Bar. Greenwood is also vice chairwoman of the Utah Judicial Council.
The foundation also elected Stephen B. Nebeker, a partner with the law firm Ray, Quinney & Nebeker as vice chairman, and Ogden attorney Jane Marquardt as secretary-treasurer. Other foundation directors are Stewart M. Hanson Jr. and Joanne C. Slotnik.
