SHARE TAYLORSVILLE WINS LITTLE LEAGUE TITLE

The Taylorsville 12-year-old All-Stars won the Little League state tournament on Thursday by defeating the Cedar City Nationals in the championship series 2-0. Taylorsville won the first game 4-3 and dominated the second meeting 18-0. Chris Mower smacked a pair of grand slams in the title-clinching contest. As state champs, Taylorsville will represent Utah in the upcoming Western Regionals in San Bernadino, Calif.
